This requires the mandatory use of verifiable corporate domain email addresses and official corporate telephone networks as published on the entity's public corporate registry or official website.

Communications originating from personal, non-corporate email servers (including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook public domains) or unverified telecommunication channels, as well as any inquiries from private individuals, will be summarily disregarded and remain unaddressed.
